Homes let properly.
Landlords kept informed.
We let and manage residential homes across Europe on behalf of owners who want the day-to-day handled and the paperwork kept straight — from first valuation through to every renewal.

One team from the first valuation to every renewal.
Most of our work is residential letting and ongoing management. The same people who value the property stay on it, so nothing gets passed between offices and nothing falls between tenants and owners.
Rental figures are agreed in the individual tenancy agreement. Management work is scoped and priced per property or per agreed service level, confirmed in writing before it starts.
Two lines of work, kept separate
So the right thing happens for whoever is contacting us.
Letting
Marketing the home, arranging viewings and taking references before any agreement is offered.
Property management
Rent collection, scheduled inspections, tenant communication and the reporting that goes with them.
Maintenance
Requests triaged, quotes obtained and contractors instructed, with the owner informed before work goes ahead.
Rental administration
Rent collected, statements issued and tenancy records kept in one place rather than scattered across email.
How a letting works here
01
Valuation
We come out to the property, look at it properly and give a rental figure with the reasoning behind it.
02
Marketing
Photography, floorplan and listing across the channels tenants actually search, with viewings arranged.
03
Referencing
Identity, affordability and previous landlord checks, then the tenancy agreement prepared for both sides.
04
Management
Rent collected, repairs handled, inspections carried out and the owner told what happened in plain terms.
The same team answers when something needs a decision.
Repairs get triaged, quotes get obtained before work starts, and the person who valued the property is the person who handles the tenancy — nothing sits waiting on someone else.
See what management coversFind out what your property is worth to let.
Send us the address and a rough idea of the size and type of home. We will come back with a view on the rental range and what we would need to do to let it well.
We come to the property
An in-person look at the home, the area and the current market — not a figure generated from a list.
You get the reasoning
The figure comes with what is driving it, so you can judge whether it holds up against your own understanding of the area.
No chasing afterwards
If we are not the right fit for the property, we say so at this stage rather than after you have spent time on it.
Tell us about the property.
Owners and tenants both start with the same form. Give us the property, or what you are looking for, and we will come back with the next step.
Renting through us, and what to expect.
If you are looking for a home to rent, tell us what kind of property and where you need to be. We will let you know when something suitable is coming through.
- Applications are assessed on the tenancy criteria agreed with the owner
- Terms, rent and deposit are set out in the tenancy agreement before you sign
- Once you are in, repairs go through us rather than direct to the owner
