What this site collects
This site is a company information and enquiry site. It does not have a customer account system and there is no online payment or checkout on it.
- Enquiry forms — if you submit the property enquiry or contact form we keep the name, email address, phone number, the property or requirement you describe, and any property types or timing you select.
- Cookies — see the cookie policy for the specific categories used and how to change your choice.
- Server logs — the hosting platform records standard request information such as IP address, page requested and time of request for security and diagnostics.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where you are an owner, to prepare a scope and fee
- To keep a record of what was agreed about a property
- To meet legal and accounting record-keeping obligations
- To keep the site secure
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not use enquiry information to add you to a marketing list you have not asked for.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions and meet record-keeping obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting platform.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Email support@mgmproperty.services and we will deal with it.
