Home/Rent a home

Homes and apartments we let

What kind of property you are looking for, and how to register interest so we can tell you when something suitable comes through.

Before you apply

What the application actually involves

Nothing is agreed on a viewing. The order is: we confirm the property, you view it, references are run against the criteria agreed with the owner, and the tenancy agreement is prepared for both sides before anyone signs.

Property types

The kinds of home we let

Availability changes with the tenancy cycle, so rather than listing homes here that may already be let, tell us what you need and we will come to you.

Houses

Whole houses let on longer tenancies, for households who want more space and are looking to settle rather than move on.

Apartments

Flats and apartments, including furnished and unfurnished, for one or two people depending on the property.

Managed tenancies

Where we manage the property as well as letting it, repairs and rent are handled by the same team throughout the tenancy.

Common questions from tenants

What types of property do you let?
Houses and apartments, furnished or unfurnished, let on longer tenancies. Availability moves with the tenancy cycle, so tell us what you need and we will come to you.
How do I apply for a home?
Register what you are looking for through the property enquiry form. When a suitable home is about to be let we will arrange a viewing, then run the referencing agreed with the owner.
How are the tenancy terms confirmed?
Rent, term, deposit and the responsibilities of each side are set out in the tenancy agreement before anyone signs. Nothing is agreed verbally only.
Who handles repairs once I am in?
On managed properties, repairs come through us. We triage the request, obtain quotes, instruct the contractor and update you on what was done and what it cost.
How is the rent set?
By the tenancy agreement for each individual home, confirmed in writing before the tenancy begins.
